Fitness of the Mind It's almost the summer time and you know what that implies, ladies, feeling great. Getting that bikini body is next to impossible in case you are not the motivated type. Although there are various resources you need to use especially on the internet, and that's what I hope to discuss with this blog going forward.
With any plan of exercise or even diet, you have to be committed. If you are not, well, just do something else.
So first, take a look at your physical exercise program and then your diet. They both go hand-in-hand. They should. Some of the routines today include
P90X, aerobics, jogging visiting the gym.
In regards to your diet, make sure you are clear on what you are going to eat. Use a
food calorie counter or an app to track your calories. Also keep good information of what you eat, how much and how often.
If you plan to fit into that bikini by June 12 you must start now! I'll be back with more because I'm detailing my plan.
